Is this where the Romo contract stands? Good luck with this

Romo's salary cap hit in the final four years of his deal look this way: $20.8 million in 2016, $24.7 million in 2017, $25.2 million in 2018 and $23.7 million in 2019.
I don't see him playing 4 more years.

Thanks for the lesson.
My point is Romo led teams do not win when it matters. You appear to think otherwise.

Glad that your team forgot how to run the ball from the 1 yard line, or else two rings might make your fans unbearable. :dhd:

Romo's not the best QB in the league but still he is quite talented and gets way to much flak IMO.

He didn't play last year so obviously you forgot how terrible he is.

Or, he didn't play last year and the team went from double digit wins to double digit losses. Maybe it shows just how much of a leader he is, both on the field and on the sidelines.

Everyone thinks that Spieth has gone to shit... But they don't take into account what he actually DID to get where he is. He went on a tear which was pretty much unheard of since Tiger... Is he doing what he did before in those wins, not really and yes but anyone standards he is not doing well (but he couldn't go anywhere else).

But yes his play has gone downhill compared to what we are "used" to seeing from him.

When he wins double digit regular season games and then gets to the playoffs. Those are good times.

...and then he plays like every Eagles QB ever. Is that you meant to say? because the can't win when it counts..

Romo is 4th in completion percentage in NFL history
3rd in passer rating in NFL history
4th quarter passer rating since 2006........number 1 in the NFL
in the last two minutes of a game / passer rating / since 2006........number 1 in the NFL

Spieth ought to play like Romo.....not the other way around....

oh by the way, Romo used to be a scratch golfer

and Spieth needs to play number 12 at Augusta National better

And how would the Wash fans know anything about a good QB?
hook, line and sinker...

Looking at your posted stats, a reasonable person would think that Romo has been wildly successful, but I offer that is not the case. I would like to see his stats in games that make or break your season because my take on him is he chokes in big games. If not, his teams would have advanced much farther than they have.
do we really have to keep doing this? He has been on flawed teams and only favored in one playoff game he lost...

I think it is humorous that I respond in topic and both you and Fordman felt the need to mention our loss in SB49.
1 of the 3 of us is on topic, the other 2...not so much.
Dallas fans sound a lot like the Andrew Luck apologists.

For someone who thinks it's so humorous you sure missed the humor...

Not really, I saw you showed both of our teams at tough moments.
The thread certainly is not about SB49.

I believe the topic was that Romo and Jordan are playing like shit, not if Romo chokes in the playoffs.

So it sounds like none of us are actually on topic, so I guess welcome to the Luck fan club...however it is you have made that connection.

The thread certainly is not about SB49.

Or about playoff records. So since you took it off topic, all things are fair game.

Until you don't like what is being said, in which case you get pissy.

Wake up man! I reread the thread. I said Romo chokes in big games at critical moments during the season.
This is, after all a Romo thread.
You then bring up SB49.
I will stop there so it might register better with you.
Capish?

I think you need to wake up. It is 100% NOT a Romo thread. It is a renowned Redskin Troll poking a stick thread. Nothing more, nothing less.:noidea:
