Really?

We've had realignment issues TWICE this year, two conferences nearly collapsed, Penn State, Syracuse, a BAYLOR player winning the Heisman, no OU, Texas, OSU, Florida in the BCS, a rematch in the NCG.......WHAT season has had more craziness than this one???

Not to mention all the NCAA investigations that started last season and are still going on.

Not to mention off field incidents that have led to multiple expulsions and/or suspensions. Hell one of the starting QB's in the BCS CG should have been in jail for a long time.

I've said time and time again, especially lately...gimme a two or three star kid that has an intellect, tremendous work ethic and strong desire to be a Sooner over a five star kid from WHEREVER anytime.

I can see somewhat of a logjam of talent happening at certain positions...I'm not saying that Bell is better than Allen or Whaley is better than Finch...they could all be awesome given the right circumstance/coaching. But it would be frustrating, I guess, for some highly tauted kid to come in and be looked over for some inadequacy the coaching staff observes.

Who hasn't played football as a 2nd or 3rd stringer and thought about the 1st stringer "I'm WAY better than HIM!"

It's evident that some guys aren't putting in the time and effort.

This may be Stoops way of opening up schollys for kids with ambition.

Yes, but all our transfers were well known, and all 3rd string or lower. There aren't rumors of a mutiny in the program, and the guys leaving were expected to, because they'd never play at Texas. Bible and White were particularly disappointing as busts because they were the top recruits at their positions, and you know the story on Gilbert.

What the hell are you talking about???

This thread is about RUMORS of a mutiny going on at OU.......YOUR fans brought up Texas, I merely pointed out the differences in the situations.

Can you speak to this "mutiny" or not? Why can't you fools ever stay on topic???

Most of OU's losses are dead weight. Brandon Williams is the only one the could really potentially hurt. Texas lost their starting qb in Gilbert and the next best potential starter in Wood.

Gilbert was 3rd string. Wood was 4th string.

We didn't lose any starters.
