According to ESPN, both games will be on Versus

Montreal - Pittsburgh starts at 7PM
Detroit - San-Jose starts at 7:30PM

How are they going to show both?

Yep. I believe they are going to show the conclusion of the Wings/Sharks game if the first game doesn't go into overtime as well.
