Matt Rhule took over a far bigger mess at Baylor than Herman did at Texas, both are in year 3. Herman has failed big time. I'm sorry, but Rhule has built Baylor up from literally nothing in 3 years to getting them back to contending, and Herman has not lost fewer than 4 games.

Should never be easier to build a program at Baylor than it is at Texas.

I had hopes that we would make a run at him when he was at Temple with his ties to PA and the northeast but Holgorsen did juuuuust enough in 2016 to save his job, dagummit
