Recruiting doesn't matter until it has time to develop. Even if Herman finishes this recruiting season with a top 5 class, it isn't going to add much to 2018. It probably won't add many wins to 2019. Recruiting class generally take 2-3 years to get going. 2018 is going to be determined by the OL. Right now Texas is far from competing for hardware based on OL talent
