Yeah it's as good as could be I think. Not too bad of cap hit and the term isn't very long. If Toffoli plays out of his mind in the next 3 years (Which would be great for this team), then he'd be up for his big payday. But as is, this seems fair. I was just really fearing him wanting closer to $6mil/year. Even $5.5 was hard to justify in my mind.

Even tho it will end up costing us to retain him in 3 years, I love 2-3 year deals. They are great for both parties IMO

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Hard to be excited about AA, but that price is like the league minimum, so the Kings didn't exactly reach on him. Just a body to have in there.
