Got dark poor lighting overgrown area missed the ground because I couldn't see and landed knee first on a steel pipe.can bend it and walk but my knee is getting stiff now and something feels off when I walk .finished my shift gotta work again tommorow

Icing it now was by far the least pleasant fall I've had

Yeah this too. Keep taking the ibuprofen, and ice it down as much as possible over the next few days. If it starts getting worse or not improving, go see your primary care phys.

If it gets worse I have to go through their Dr.As far as I would think the poor working conditions we were put in tonight played a major role and they should take responsibility for that.Hopefully its fine tommorow
