gonna be another long day. Took my boy to the Dr yesterday and he ended up having his appendix out. Now have to wait til this afternoon to be released.

Talk on radio last night about Oregon. How they practice and there's no running at all during fall camp per se....their workouts are just running plays on offense/defense.

The pace Oregon runs plays full speed at....ball dead immediately snaps and runs another play....for a long time.
