"I bought this desk to put my computer on. It served me well for a few months and then my roommate was stapling some papers together on the desk. The top ripped off the bolts that held it on and the monitor came crashing down on her forhead. She had to go to the emergency department to get stitches and she is left with a scar. This desk is not sturdy enough to hold what it is made to hold, making it very unsafe. I do not recommend this desk to anyone."

Just to begin this, I'd like to state that my family is white. While I'm sure my family has owned black things in the past, this is something we are definitely not happy with in the slightest.

I bought it for my son to put his new computer on (it's a Spongebob laptop) so he could feel like his father. I'm a CEO of a company and I use a black desk (it's not bad but I'm not the biggest fan of the color).

Anyway, he kept getting weird feelings from this desk. He was scared a lot of the time and asked to sleep with his mother and I one night in the bed. Of course we said, "Don't be a ........." and told him to leave us alone since it was our "special night". He, like the little fag he is, didn't listen and eventually we caved and let him sleep with us.

Well, that night we heard a rustling noise and vibrations coming from his room. We all kind of freaked out and hid under the covers. That morning, we went into his room to find that his TV was gone along with his laptop and mini-fridge. My son really loves his grape juice and soda so that's all we had in there besides some watermelon jello.

But really, we're probably going to sue the company who makes this. DO NOT BUY IF YOU LIKE YOUR STUFF.
