It's not all about quality opponents either. It's about having 7 home games as well. Indiana isn't going to come to Lincoln every time for the paycheck/rep/shot at us like Fresno will. It means no more, or at least a lot less, UDubs on our schedule where it's a home/home with a decent team with some tradition.

What I'm really trying to say is that hot, strange pussy is a lot better than the same conference pussy you see all the time, even if it's steaming hot. IMHO.

The point is that South Dakota State is not the game that will be missing from future noncon. Those teams will continue to get scheduled for home games in Lincoln. Missing from noncon will be Tennessee, Washington, UCLA, OU, etc.
