That was an awesome double play !

I was at the home opener last night, a few of my observations:

- Parking was better, although I had to walk a little further compared to the Ted. But that's fine, I don't mind the walk
- Absolutely no traffic
- Monument garden was cool
- STP is a very close up, intimate ballpark
- STP feels like its going to be a hitters park, winds were blowing out much of the night
- Can't wait to explore more of the stadium
- Lighting is way better
- The waterfall feature is cool, but really hard to see

And to top it off, I got to meet Tom Glavine and Dale Murphy. And the Bravos won. Great game, great atmosphere. The Legends thing was cool to see as well

Wish I could have been there. I got to take in a game there last weekend when Georgia got stomped by Missouri. The park was fantastic.

Dickey proved me wrong tonight. Hopefully he can keep it up, but I'm still gonna be uneasy when he's on the mound.

Flay out to Markakis puts em at first and third with one out.

I'm bracing for the worst, and then boom.

Come from the north, traveling 75 south to the stadium, I hit no traffic going to the stadium or on the return trip home

directv free preview of mlb extra innings is gone but somehow i still get the mix channel......been watching todays game on a 8x11 micro screen. go braves!

i was in sc over spring break....still braves territory. so that was nice but they were on the road and didnt get to see the new digs.
