So, is hitting for the cycle the toughest achievement in a sporting event that there is? I'd say it's tougher than a hat trick, a triple double, etc ...

The Triple is hard to get because it requires a ball taking a weird bounce or richocet off of something.

4 homers in a game is far more rare and far more valuable.

But triples are hard to get, especially in smaller parks like STP. Pretty much takes a weird bounce off the bricks or a misplayed ball by an outfielder.
