It did look like he was almost short of the plate on that slide but should have been safe. Runner cost himself by hesitating right away instead of just going home. Wouldnt have even been close then

Stoney Brook disappointed me. They looked so much better than that in the supers and on the other hand, UCLA didn't look near that impressive in the supers.

Stony Brook and Johnson just looked a little overwhelmed at beginning of game by atmosphere and the attention they have gotten since winning the SuperRegional. Hopefully they come back more relaxed in their next game and play better
