Interesting. Would locker want to come here as a backup? I doubt it. There will be a huge market for him.

They should have drafted Cutler. Jeff Fisher begged them to but Bud wouldn't listen.

They should have cut ties with CJ when that bonus was due. Since then it's been 2 ypc.

Past time.

I wonder how many suitors there'll be for Locker?

Backup role I'm sure plenty but actual starter interest? remains to be seen.

Then they need to pay him. Simple as that. I think he'd love to go back to Nashville.

I think the Bears will pay Cutler Stafford money.

Even if Cutler doesn't sign I would expect Cutler to get the tag.

The Titans I don't! Their treatment of players has always been a real head-scratcher.

After the loss last week it was obvious we're not a team ready to win a playoff game.

It was time to clean house at the end of the '11 season. Now maybe it'll happen. They should start by releasing CJ before today's game.

Jake Locker will start somewhere next season IMO. Letting him go is extremely puzzling. The only thing I can figure is that they think his career is in jeopardy because of injuries.

Kind of like RGIII?

I would say a lot. There isn't that many great QBs in the draft and not every team will be able to get one.

I don't they'll franchise him. I think it'll either be a deal or nothing.

If I'm Houston (nvm Kubiak is gone) or Washington, I go after Johnson hard. I think he could be absolutely dangerous in that scheme

the HUGE knock on him from college was accuracy, has he improved to an NFL level passer? if not, there won't be a HUGE market for him. yeah, someone will sign him, but hot a huge deal.

i would think CJ would draw more interest?

Used-up running backs don't usually draw much interest. Ahman Green just got lucky a few years ago that the Texans were stupid.

Most Titans fans were extremely skeptical that he had improved during the offseason but he improved in every way. The guy is a leader and a winner. If he can stay on the field, he's easily top 10 or better.

Give me Chris Johnson, though, please.

Everyone else can pass on him, that's cool.
