Really? Because the way i'm feeling about everything to do with this franchise at this moment I would not be surprised to see them step in and meddle with it.

Has Jennings ever had any legal or disciplinary issues before? I may be wrong, but I do not recall.

Most of the time, with DUI's, if that is the case. Nothing much will happen to a veteran player like Jennings. A slap on the wrist at most.
