No, not at the moment. Once my body stops hurting from this shit, I am going to incorporate weightlifting back into my routine. Right now I train muay thai/grappling on M/W/F, once I start weight training too, that'll be on T/Tr, take Sat/Sun off. I'll prolly just start taking protein shakes again.

No, not at the moment. Once my body stops hurting from this shit, I am going to incorporate weightlifting back into my routine. If you haven't trained in a while then the first time back is a serious shock to your body, probably be hurting for a week.. but after that, like I said, it'll be fine.

I use to weight train on my off days, not anything heavy, just lots of high rep exercises..squats, shoulder presses, lat rows. But the one thing I got into that really helped my conditioning as well as a serious metabolism booster was these two full body workouts Burpee Pull ups (its towards the end) and the Manmaker . For the burpee pullups I try to do as much as can in 10 minutes, which right now is 61. And let me tell you, you will feel like dying.

As far as supplements, nothing fancy, just whey protien shakes w/ some fruit. Mulit vitamins, lots of veggies and brown rice, chicken..etc. I am taking this stuff called force factor. I swear by it, a lot more energy during workouts and the recovery isn't as brutal.
