No one is dumb enough to switch coaching schemes after 1 year ........ especially when you just switched from 3-4 to 4-3

He had no choice. He's under contract. Only way he could go is if Dallas let him go.

I understand he is under contract, but I would think if he told Jerry he didn't really want to be here & wanted to move on he would be gone. Who really wants someone who doesn't want to be herre or a disgruntled employee....

That's what I was thinking too. Hopefully, he makes the best of it. The guy is a pro

Or Jerry plans on not resigning Kiffin and doesn't want to HAVE to hire a new DC and DL coach. This is not the first time Jerry has refused to grant permission for a coach to talk to another team.

Not that it much matters, but If we are taking bows, i think I was the first to point out Frazier was the Most likely hire. Anyway I hope we make Marinelli DC or my concern about not allowing him to go and forcing him to stay in a position he is overqualified for stands. For a lateral I have no problem, but for a promotion you gotta let him go or you need to do something for him...hopefully we do something for him and ourselves...
