We didn't play our best game, were outplayed for much of the game and still found a way to WIN.

Earlier this season we would have lost this one.

Great game because
- its a win vs the Rangers
- After losing two leads, the Devils did not lose it at the end and grab a fortunate winner by Zubs
- Maybe this is a boost in confidence for the team?
- its a win vs the Rangers in NY
- its a win... take it!!!

It's amazing, they were outplayed and yet there was this calmness and confidence about them. The PK was great again and like you said, they blew 2 leads and never got down on themselves. Compare that to other games earlier in the year where they dominated play and just couldn't get the bounces, the team got completely deflated and you could tell they wouldn't comeback.

Team showed a lot of heart tonight.

After A-Train went down we could've been screwed. But guys stepped up. Makes me wonder if Bryce being out is really a blessing? D has been do much better since he went down.

Huge to get the 2 points and leave the Rags with 0. I'm glad we didn't play for overtime tonight. Obviously this team cannot do that.

Agreed. I do like that we have D at the points now though. Fewer SH breakaways

To go along with our already tough schedule, Friday/Saturday we have a back to back with the Kings and Pens, both tough matchups, followed by 3 days off and then a west coast trip, 3 games in 4 days agains Anaheim, Los Angeles and San Jose. That's a pretty brutal stretch.
