If Wilson signs his deal with the Steelers - doesn't that increase the Broncos dollars below the cap by the same amount of Wilson's Pittsburg pay? The Broncos owe $40 million - the Steelers pay him $2 million the Broncos still owe Wilson $38 million - but that's another $2 million in salary cap savings. So the Broncos are now - $33 million below the cap.
