I was in an Uber from South Beach to MIA when this occurred. On the way into South Beach on Tuesday I flew into FLL (Lauderdale). The interstate Haskins was crossing was i-595 which runs along side the airport (FLL) property.
I agree with CEH. What the HELL was Haskins doing running across the interstate? Seems like the Darwin principle in play. RIP
