The Colorado Buffaloes took down ASU last night in a big game for Coach Mel Tucker's program. The Buffs lost their top players on Offense and Defense in the 1st quarter and still took a road game from a top 25 team.

I miss him too. I do hear him on podcasts though (and Nick). My guess is he is caught up in a time vice since I know he is active in the community, has full time work and a Bronco side gig.
Still it would be nice for him to come in to comment about how crazy my non-aligned thought patterns about the Broncos - need a good dose of fact based reality.

A few Thursday afternoon observations:
1) I relate to Fangio - and feel confident in his judgement about scheme and talent.
2) I'd rather be playing the best football late in the season - than early in the season.
3) Is there really even a question on whether Bausby or Yiadom should be out there?
4) I don't think the Broncos talent on defense has yet fully grasped Fangio's scheme - you have to know it well enough to play instinctually.
5) I think it is a good sign that there has yet to be any finger pointing inside the team about the pass rush.
6) In my opinion Flacco is the biggest pleasant surprise. I like the way he handles himself on and off the field.
