Just looking through old records, and noticed that 40 years ago, 10/29/78, the Seahawks played their first overtime game in team history. They lost 20-17 to the Denver Broncos.
Wow, I was probably 1 or 2 years away from when I started watching every game and being old enough to remember moments like that, but it's always cool when I see some of the old videos from the Patera/Zorn years with the huge sleeves on the uniforms, Zorn scrambling, fake FGs, great Largent catches, and Bob Blackburn on the call.
