Thinking about Chris Paul

I am not sure it is even that close to be honest.

Paul is also an elite defender. Nash was a turnstile. And I don’t think he was enough better offensively to make that up.

Paul is in the elite of the elite at the PG position. Nate McMillan is the only PG with a higher DBPM than Chris Paul.

He's 6 foot or over.

My co-worker met him last year, talked to him, shook his hand, and my co-worker is 6 foot even and said he was the same height, maybe an inch taller.

the answer is probably Paul for both.

I think Bill Simmons has him at like #3 behind Magic and Isiah.

Paul was a great player and a winner.

I think if things went a bit differently, he could have won a title when he was with the Clips. That was his best chance.

A guy I used to play basketball with growing up often went to the outdoor pickup courts near Georgetown where AI used to play.

My friend was 6’0 and a pretty good athlete. He played defensive back at JMU and he said he was taller than AI. He also had a really awesome story.

He was the only guy back on a 1 on 1 break with AI coming full speed. My friend knew he had no chance and kind of froze like a deer in the headlights.

What did AI do? He spread Eagle, jumped over him and dunked on his head.

He was a bad man.
