There is less SportsHoopla about this game than any SB I can remember

There's no question that the Charlotte and Denver areas will be hyped up. I think part of the less hyped up media is that the game is being played San Francisco.

The teams don't have much hatred towards them. Everybody hated the Patriots and the ones that didn't hated the Seahawks. For most of the football world there couldn't be more evil than the game last year. Generally, there's always something to really dislike about one team or the other, but this year it seems like everyone has mutual respect and no one seems to hate the other guys.

The media has had nothing to sink its teeth into and most of the reporting I've seen is pretty docile.

I'll be watching but my grandson's 5th birthday party is at 5:00 PM EST.

Super Bowl, Birthday Party, Super Bowl, Birthday Party..............I'm leaning toward cake and ice cream and not Pattycakes.

When I finally move from NYC it won't be to another city, especially one an hour drive from the shore. I have a friend who's son lives in the area and he speaks very highly of it. But as a NY Italian I'm required to move to the gulf coast of Florida somewhere between Naples and Tampa.

Hold on there. Midwesterners move to the gulf coast. Northeasterners move to the Atlantic coast.

That's not the way it works for NY'ers. The NY Jews go to the Atlantic coast, the Italians go to the Gulf. It was some kind of mob deal after Cuba went commie. And none of us go North of I-4, that's the actual south

Couldn't imagine not watching the Super Bowl. The parties here are big, and the food is great. So there's no reason not to participate.

That's way before my time. I was 4 years old for the 95 World Series run.

It was always Chipper, Andruw and Smoltz for me as a kid.
