I have to rewatch tonight's episode again tomorrow. I'm totally lost on who this Jesus guy is. I wanted to fuck Michonne when she was in the robe. DAMN. Can't blame Rick after seeing that.

??

He's a brand new character.

Domestication is the death of manhood. They better go live in the woods with the walkers if they don't want to start wearing sweaters and reading glasses while they do the NY Times crossword puzzle.

Took Rick long enough to go after the easily obtainable option in a zombie apocalypse. I mentioned this last season.

I thought that was a good episode. Fantastic use of a time jump. That way we skip all the recovery drama and moping.

Funny stuff:
The picture of Carl and baby sis with his eye patch on
Of course the truck backs into a lake. Was that visible in any shot before?
Any logic to Daryl opening the soda that way it just Daryl being Daryl?

I like to think Eugene was watching Rick and Michonne get it on.

Don't forget "I'd kill you if you were a zombie" portrayed as a touching moment.

I know they've been teasing about that for a while but I never thought it would actually happen. At one point I figured Michonne was more likely to hook up with Tara than anyone else. Not sure I'm a fan of this but we'll see how it play out.

Yeah the comment was kind of weird in more ways than one. Why did it need to be someone who loved her? I get it that he thought he had to shoot his mom before she turned into a zombie but maybe Spencer would have appreciated someone else doing it so he didn't have to. Did Carol ever indicate that she should have been the one to put Sophia down?

Paul "Rovia"

I am OK with this change. It would have been too confusing to call him Paul "Monroe", yet have no relation to Deanna, Reg, Spencer, etc.

Not a fan of Richone. Michone works so much better as his right-hand-man than as his woman. It also causes some problems for upcoming storylines.

Also...

Did anyone else notice the comic Carl was reading?

Invincible. It is the "other" major comic that Kirkman writes.

I liked the "Buddy-Cop" feel of this episode with Rick and Daryl. Nice to see a little humor, and the lighter tone made for a nice change of pace.

Gonna enjoy seeing Daryl be featured more prominently this season...while it lasts???

I have been expecting it for a while. Did not really catch the time frame between last episode and this one though. Was blondie even cold yet? Will she come back into their lives?

I just wonder how Deanna got outside the town walls. They killed 20% of the walkers by hand and the rest burned in the lake of fire. How did Deanna get out? She was stuck in the house when they left.

So she snuck out of the house and then snuck out of town?

Doesnt make sense.

After Rick and the others leave, blending into the herd, she is about to kill herself when she hears the herd moving around outside and decides to open the door and open fire at them, killing a few of the walkers coming after her, before letting out one last scream of defiance against the herd.

Some time during the attack on Alexandria, Deanna, as a walker, was able to make it out of the town without being put down.

Are we sure she actually turned, and she wasn't just trying to whisper to him her plans about the expansion of Alexandria?

He is a ninja. He either followed him home or checked multiple houses. I don't see a major plot hole here.
