Only thing I'm dissappointrd about is the pet wolve was bit so he's gonna die soon. I think he's really intriguing and seeing him and Morgan keep interacting would be great.

You sure he was bit? He didn't come out and say it. All he said was that he was looking for medicine.

Both of these.

The injury looked more like a knife wound, but we were certainly led to believe he was bitten (I think - I havent watch TTD yet). I think it would be VERY interesting to see Morgan "pay it forward" with this guy, and this guy actually begin to come around THEN get killed and have it "break" Morgan again. This still may be their plan.

Yeah I'm with you guys in that the wound looked more like a infected injury and he said he was looking for medicine(can't heal bites)

But at the same time he also mentioned having the shakes and sweats which is what's we've always seem to be bite symptoms.

So I guess all is not lost. Kinda open to interpretation. I'd like to keep seeing him a bit more.

I do not want or need the show to always be about zombie attacks and there does not need to be non stop violence but to devote an entire 90 minutes to show us how a side character learned to use a stick is a complete waste of time for me. It almost felt like the producers were like ya know we could just run 90 minutes of a monkey playing the banjo and they are going to watch it.

The fact that you think the entire episode was simply about Morgan learning how to use a stick says you really didn't get it. Fine, you didn't like it, but don't pretend it was a complete throwaway like a monkey playing a banjo would have been. I liked the episode because it showed us a character evolving in less than an entire season.

I understand sarcasm isn't easily detected on the internet and fuck you I got it just fine, Morgan simply isn't an interesting character for me but I am happy you enjoyed the episode and thanks for setting me straight! I'll be sure to look to you in the future when i'm going to form an opinion.

I have no idea why they had to make it 90 mins. It just didnt seem to have that much "guts" to warrant a long episode.

I didn't mind the episode so much but I really don't understand why they felt it needed to be 90 minutes either. They definitely could have told that story in a regular episode.

I don't think the Wolf was bit. When he first started talking about sweating and shaking I did. Even when he showed his would I didn't think it looked like a regular bite wound but assumed that's what it was meant to be anyway. But then he said he's probably going to die, but if he doesn't he's going to have to kill Morgan and everyone else. I would think that if he's lasted this long that he would know that if he was bit that he is absolutely going to die soon.

Maybe he meant that he's probably going to die because he is a captive and his gang is pretty much getting their heads handed to them. Didn't he say to Morgan something like "you're winning"?

I liked the episode.
As far as it being 90 mins.
I say let every episode be 90 mins. Don't understand complaining about the length of an episode.
Not every episode can be one upping the next episode.

I wouldn't mind if every episode was 90 minutes either. But given that the majority of them are only 60 minutes, I just found this one to be a strange choice to make 90 minutes. It could be 90 minutes, but it didn't really need to be. There were a lot of scenes without any dialogue that could have been shorter.

I'm probably 3 episodes behind already but I just watched the first episode of this new season... Not sure how they found a way to add multiple characters that are more annoying than Carl, but they managed to do so.

I was good with the last episode. We needed to see what happened to the old Morgan and how he got to be who he is now. I don't need every episode to be like the Wolves attacking Alexandria. I do need some character development, and we got it.

Now we can get back to Glenn getting away from the Walkers. :L

I think Morgan recognizes that he's actually evil like the Dallas guy, that's why he locks the door on him. But if all life is precious does that mean he'll just imprison him? Morgan the Warden?

Eastman was a great character and very well played by Mimi's husband. I'm glad we got 90 minutes of that guy. His zen focus and sharp wit was a nice change of pace in a show about chaos and overacting the name "CORAL"

Gimple texted into TTD on Sunday and said specifically that the t-shirt was in reference to a fictional bar closing in Eastman's fictional home town.

Irrefutable proof that he was not splinter.

Now I want this entire show to be an elaborate ruse where all the main characters turn out to be Ninja Turtles

While they touched on it in the episode where Rick, Carl, and Michonne came across Morgan's crazy clearing ass, and plus, you know, Morgan tried to kill all of them. Before Killer Carl broke his foot off in Morgan's ass. Seeing Morgan hunt and then w/o remorse or hesitation outright murder two people. Brah really was gone, long gone. So I can dig it far as taking it to the other extreme of someone w/o hesitation and seemingly remorse, sacrificing their own life to save Morgan's life is what it took to bring Morgan back. That said, the new Kwai Chang Caine of Kung Fu philosophy Morgan now espouses. Will not work out well and is going to produce the opposite effect of what it claims to be its goal which is to create peace.
