Not the most hardcore viewer, I came late and binged watched to catch up. I do like the show but don't know anything about the comics other than they've diverged from the way it plays out, which makes sense to me, otherwise anyone who has would know exactly how things are going to go.

I voted Glenn, for no particular reason other than I guess his role has taken a back seat more and more within the group.

Realistically though, if Neegan was as ruthless as he's made out to be, you kill Rick, he's the leader, you take out the most serious threat to dissuade the others even more. But without Rick, the show loses a major presence.

Or just make him your bitch in front of his followers.

This is the logical play to make. Send Rick back as a beaten man. If he is overthrown, GREAT!. you are causing even more havoc in your enemies camp. If he remains, you have your puppet.

Killing him only creates a void at the top and he becomes a martyr. And you have no idea who the next leader will be, so you need to make a first impression with him as well.

No. He was left in Alexandria to lead the home defense.

There is a theory out there, though, that says they will throw a huge swerve and kill someone who we have not seen in the lineup. The theory says that the Saviors went to Alexandria and captured some of them and will reveal that as extra potential victims during the premier, and Gabe is the main name I have seen as the target in that scenario.

If this comes to fruition, it might just drive me from the show. Last second, ghost in the machine type resolutions to problems are a true sign that a show is done.

C'mon now....I know you're a smart dude... and you obviously know they do film certain characters for storyline flashbacks etc....don't you?

Don't get suckered into their propaganda. Although I will admit, they do manage to get a few things right...somehow. Mainly it's just for sensationalism..and clicks to increase their ad revenue more times than not.
