So...most (if not all) of us ended up in agreement that Glenn was not dead. A couple of you nailed it on Enid being involved. And all of us who predicted Negan's coming out-party were wrong. I think only @calsnowskier said Negan would not, and would probably not show until next season.

My next prediction: Daryl meets Lucille.

Btw, I thought this was a decent enough, not great, episode. Maggie looked hot. My little Rosita, bless her heart, will never win an Academy Award. Thank goodness for those honkers.

The one part where I really had a hard time suspending disbelief: the bit with Spencer. Granted, it was a dopey thing to do, but I can get past that. Tara and Co.'s dead-aim right-in-the-middle-of-the-forehead zombie shooting was just a little too hard to swallow.

Awesome to see Carol again. @calsnowskier nailed it on her last season. She is the best character in the show and it looks like she is gearing up for another round.

Cookie Puss sealed her fate when she gave Rick and Michonne the blueprints for the future.

The Morgan/Pet Wolf/Doc/Carol thing is gonna be great. I hope.

The last 10 minutes or so of this episode made me want it not to end.

The kid, Sam...something's gonna happen there. Something that makes a splash. He's about to snap already and will take Carol's final advice very seriously. By 'final', I mean I don't think they will be speaking again.

Tobin's a good guy. He will soon be Zombie Tobin.

Personally, I don't think Carl will get what we are expecting. I think they will throw us a curve ball on that one. They are teasing it entirely too much. Plus, since Ron has never actually shot a gun, he'll probably miss.

That's exactly why I think it will happen.

He's gonna try and shoot something else maybe Rick and end up drilling Carl right in the spot.

Guess I missed that...I think you also predicted the Glenn crawling under the dumpster scenario. And also called it lame, which I pretty much agree with. Maybe not so much lame as anti-climatic? It just kinda seemed "much ado about nothing" to me in the end.

Put it this way: I don't think the payoff was worth the build-up.

It definitely wasn't. They basically said "we're doing this whole half season in 1 day span so Glenn won't be needed in half the episodes to tell our story, let's fuck with people since he won't be needed anyways". Dumb.

At least they showed him escaping as unbelievable as it is. I was worried for a while they would just have him show up alive somewhere.

Possibly Morgan, which would be pretty jacked-up now that he's a peaceful ninja, or possibly Abraham shortly after he finally seems to have gotten his shit together.

I think they will go the Abraham route with Lucile. I don't think we will see Dwight again until next season, and Kirkman has always said he did not like Abraham's comic ending.

Going with Glenn will make Negan hated, but going with Abraham will make him kick-ass.
