The Rangers have reportedly signed five of their 2021 draft picks

"The Rangers are approximately $300,000 under their bonus pool right now, though I suspect third rounder Cameron Cauley and fourth rounder Ian Moller to get above slot money. Second rounder Aaron Zavala and eighth rounder Larson Kindreich are possible below-slot signs. I’m not going to try to guess at this point whether Jack Leiter will get above, below, or at slot value."

"The Rangers can go up to 5% overall their total pool without losing future draft picks. The Rangers would lose their corresponding pool money if they fail to sign any of their first ten picks. Any players selected after the tenth round or signed as undrafted free agents who receive more than $125,000 have the amount over $125,000 applied to the signing team’s pool."

Hickory struggled offensively for several weeks, but they have hit much better as of late. Tonight they got 20 runs and 23 hits, including 5 HR and 4 doubles.

Our front office has typically moved slowly in making trades these last few years, if I remember correctly. I wouldn't be surprised if trades of significance didn't happen until the final day or two.
