Not to pick on either team, but two subpar teams on week 1 MNF.......I'm cool with it as a Lions fan but I'm guessing the NFL could have done better. No offense but I would have made it Denver vs Seattle in week 1 on MNF and kick it off right.

I'll happily watch but not sure if it is a money maker and the NFL is all about making money.

Not very many guys are going to be able to get Saturday, Sunday, Monday AND Tuesday off for Home Opener Weekend. Tuesday will be a waste of a day off. But for all of the out of state guys and our nearly Canadian, Tuesday basically is going to be required since the game won't get over until mid-night. Then guys have to drive hours and hours or catch flights. Im kinda bummed about this. Have been since TPaul broke the news to me last night. (I did go to the first MNF game at Ford Field. It was fucking awesome! I want to go to this one too. But....)
