On MLB they’re saying that Houston may have just played themselves out of the playoffs. They have to go to Seattle and face the Mariners best pitching
Houston is also a very good road team

that's true they sucked at home going 39-42 but they're 17 games better on the road at 46-29Houston is also a very good road team
Strange for a team as good as them who plays indoors where the noise can be elevated to play so bad at home.Houston is also a very good road team
We just have to take it to the Angels. We can't waste what we just did to Seattle.Evan agrees:
It’s at least conceivable that by the time the Rangers arrive in Seattle early Thursday morning, they could be division champs. If the Rangers sweep Anaheim and Seattle wins two of three (but not all three) from Houston, it would eliminate the Astros and leave Seattle with only the ability to tie the Rangers for the AL West title with a four-game sweep. Even so, the Rangers own the tiebreaker between the two.
Yes and knowing they would like to beat us, we must play error free and knock the cover off the ball.We just have to take it to the Angels. We can't waste what we just did to Seattle.
Why, KC and Oakland did just fine against them without being in the WC race. Lol90 wins likely wins the division for Texas as long as we beat Seattle at least once. Need Arizona to still be in WC race as well when Houston heads there this next weekend.
I think they let Gray pitch as a normal starter tomorrow and then give Bradford/Heaney the Tuesday game. They need Gray to right the ship before the playoffs, so I’m guessing they give him one last shot against the Angels. So, is Gray going to be a semi-opener for Heaney or Bradford?
Gray is definitely starting. I am assuming Gray only goes 2 or 3 innings again, though. I am wondering who they have reserved to start Tuesday and who the long guy is Monday. Either way it looks like we will see Gray, Heaney, Perez, and Bradford over the next 2 nights.I think they let Gray pitch as a normal starter tomorrow and then give Bradford/Heaney the Tuesday game. Talk about reverse splitsthat's true they sucked at home going 39-42 but they're 17 games better on the road at 46-29

Looylike if we win 3 more they won’tOne thing we have to watch out for is to not let the Twins catch us. We need the second seed.
Yep. Let's get those 3 against the Angels.Looylike if we win 3 more they won’t
