I've barely seen the guy play due to non televised games but from what I have, he looks promising.

This season, he's already avg. 21.7pts 11.6reb and 3.9blks with a 29.52 PER and turns 21yrs old in March.

He looked very good against the Lakers. His offense looked pretty polished for his age. His athleticism is off the charts for his size. He added some weight. I think he could add some more.

#5 in the NBA in rebounds per game

#12 in the NBA in minutes per game
#13 in the NBA in points per game

ESPN: Anthony Davis: Legit MVP choice
The New Orleans Pelicans big man is currently having a historic season. After two weeks of ball, he's averaging 21.7 points and 11.6 rebounds per game along with 3.9 blocks and 2.3 steals. Think of Paul George blended with Roy Hibbert. And unlike most board-and-block monsters (ahem, Dwight Howard), Davis is shooting 86.8 percent from the free throw line on 7.3 trips per game

Throw this all together and you've got a player efficiency rating of 29.5. No one's is better. And then you realize that he's just 20 years old. We've never seen a PER that high from someone who can't legally drink. LeBron James never did it (25.7 PER in 2004-05) and neither did Shaq (22.9 PER in 1992-93) or Chris Webber (21.7 PER in 1993-94). By any metric, he's one of the best players in the league, if not the best.

Anthony Davis is a monster!!

Welcome to 3 years ago when he was coming out of high school. There's a reason everyone started saying he's a can't miss guy. He's a center with a guard's handle and he hasn't even fully developed yet.

Changing their name really helped - the opponents have a hard time playing them and being focused because they keep laughing that there rediculous name
