as much as I believe Wallace is the key to the offense , even I agree they can't pay him that much. nor should they. he is a great, but not true elite WR because he is not in that class as Fitz/Megatron with the body build AND speed. but the offense will regress seriously if they lose him. I really don't believe the 49ers would do this, but if they do, they do.... They're essentially spending that money AND a first round pick on a guy that alex smith doesn't even have the arm to throw it to deep. wow.
