And still have a spot for one more. So I am filling in on O/N until the trainee starts. It's all OT so it's sort of good!!!

They are above and beyond the best of some of them I have trained...
I have trained 2 thus far, and both have left here to become Police Officers.
Sort of tells you the caliber of individuals they are.

No, my beef is with a fill in that will not be filling in from corporate. I went threw all the bullshit to get him in for the meet and greet with the companies security on friday.... this morning one hour before that time he decides he can't make it. Earlier, he calls thinking I am just going to reschedule his crap... I told him I'll let you know after a few days of me cooling off... I may not want your dumb ass here at all with your attitude shit!!!

How the hell do I post up a picture.... mind you not a copy URL type thing a picture off my computer???

What you have to do now is...

1. printscreen your photo (button on your keyboard, should read "Print Screen" or "Print Scrn"). That will copy your screen to your clipboard (similar to ctrl+c).
2. Paste it into a photo editing program like Windows Paint using ctrl+v. If you are using Windows follow the path: start>accessories>paint then hit ctrl+v.
3. Once the picture is pasted then crop it down to your picture.
4. After that you have to save it to your harddrive
5. Next you upload it to a image hosting website. (one of these will work: TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting or Postimage.org - free image hosting / image upload )
6. That website will then create a URL for your image. And presto! You can now upload it using the URL button.

Do you have a photobucket account? That's another easy way. But the only thing I worry about doing that is the picks you post are clickable which route to your photobucket page. Then people can look through ALL of your photos.
