yeah,,,my bouncing days are over,,,if not for a bum knee-ankle and my right hand going to shit I really wouldn't be all that bad,

the knee hurts all the time the ankle has something floating around loose in it that will get in the joint and that is pure agony and I have lost partial use of my right hand,,,,,something simple like a twist top lid on a coke I have trouble getting the lid off,,,the grip is dimminished

oh well,,,years of abuse are starting to kick in
