same here, it's 46, clear, sunny and beautiful, I got some pansies last weekend and I'm turning over the flower garden later.

May have to light a fire in the fire pit tonight, definitely grilling some filets we cut off a tenderloin that I got from Costco.

Now that sounds like a good time! Now you got DeAnna wanting me to get our fire pit out! lol

FSU is playing down in Miami, so I'm gonna invite my niece over, filet may do it, fire pit may do it, but if I tell her I'm also gonna get some stone crab claws (first weekend of season) I KNOW she'll be over tonight. a conch always comes running for stone crab claws

" MISKO'S HOT SAUSAGE "


12 green peppers ...sliced
12 hot banana peppers...sliced
3 onions...................sliced
1 stalk celery ...........diced
1 container mushrooms...sliced
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce or tomato puree
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 large can tomato paste
1 lb loose hot sausage
2 lb hot or sweet Italian sausages

Cover bottom of 8 qt pot with about 1/4" of oil ..heat oil and layer peppers ,onions ,mushrooms..... add crushed red pepper , black pepper,salt and italian seasoning.....cover and cook down stirring frequently.. while cooking down add 1lb loose sausage and brown ..add tomato paste, diced tomato's and tomato sauce...brown hot sausages separately and then add to sauce and simmer untill done

place on a good hard roll and enjoy
