Word is Boyd and Hill are headed to UT to announce. Local news 8 is covering it. They're a package deal, there will be no split. They're either all aggy or all Texas, and since they're going to Austin, I think it's Texas.

Whew.....slight disaster averted. the gamble paid off it seems.

Kai Locksley is a pretty solid steal from Florida State at the 11th hour.
He could be the highly touted QB that Texas needs.

The class is a great class, but it would have been tempered a bit without any QB commits.
Strong pushed a lot of chips in the pot on an inside straight draw.

They let Gentry walk and (in fact encouraged him to do so) on the hopes of getting one of their longshot QBs. That was pretty ballsy and risky.

Until yesterday, it looked like TEXAS was getting neither and would have egg on their faces.

KAI LOCKSLEY might be the surprise gift that keeps on giving.

That theft from Florida State seems to be getting the Horns in the mix for another elite player theft in MARCUS LEWIS.

Instead of MURRAY/LODGE it might pan out LOCKSLEY/LEWIS instead in a perfect scenario.

The former pair was fun because however insanely unlikely because it tormented the Aggies with the unthinkable. But, the second "package deal" probably fits better with what Strong is hoping to do strategically.
