Max of one player per team and you select 3 players per division.

AFC East-AFC North-AFC South-AFC West-NFC East-NFC North-NFC South-NFC West - 3 total from each division

Player had to play for team for 4 years OR 64 games started.

You must choose the team when you pick the player and you cannot change later.

First career start determines decade.

Just curious, how would a player qualify for a team in less than 4 years if they had under 64 starts? Feel like that's redundant.

mistype. It was supposed to be less starts but lets just make it 4 years on a team to qualify. Games started doesn't matter but they had to play in one game for a season to count.
