Essentially saying that he met with the Canucks' Swedish scout in Stockholm following a game against Russia in a tournament held in Stockholm. The Canucks scout is playing coy, saying that they're looking at lots of players too.

The Canucks are the only team he's met with personally at this point, so he says they would be the front-runner. He also thinks that NHL teams may have intentionally avoided him because they thought he was afraid to come to the NHL, but he says that playing in the NHL is a dream.

He averages around 40 points per season in Elitserien (keeping in mind that they play a 55 game season) and will turn 28 in August.

Yeah, they call that Swenglish over there.

It's pretty funny, because they speak perfect English, but when they are using an English word in the middle of a Swedish sentence, they say it with an odd accent.

So when giving the interview, instead of saying chicken, it was probably said more like "shicken".
