So it's an interesting article, but something to note regarding his power production...the article points out his 12 HR, with only 4 of them coming in the 2nd half. He was battling various injuries for the last quarter of the season that could also result in a limited power production. His .295 batting average and his contact rates stayed similar throughout the season, which leads me to believe there won't be much of a drop off. Considering he has already hit 3 HRs in 3 games this season, I'm not too worried about his overall power production as I see his power as the cherry on top of the sundae.

On the other side of the coin, Panda is now 0-6 with 4Ks, riding the bench in Beantown, looking as fat as he ever has, and the fans hate him. How that is going to play out over the next four years I can't fathom.
