UK. Think Nos has the better 1-2 punch in this but I think UK's rotation depth is a bit better. Both solid lineups. Close match.

I think this was a really great draft because most of these matchups are really hard for me to pick a winner. Sign of a solid draft, imo.

Go look at El Duque's post season numbers and Pete Vuckovich won the Cy Young in 1982 :suds:

I never know how to view the players in these drafts, so I tend to look at collective career more so than peak. But that's just me.

Well pretty much any reason I put you'd likely disagree. Maybe that's why everyone else except me generally puts just their vote. I know you're not butt hurt about it or anything, but just showing my work in my thought process, right or wrong.

Super close - prob the 2 best 1-4 batting orders in this. I vote Nos w the better closer and I just love Rickey-Rod-Mickey-Mike. Ask me again in 5 and might say UK tho lol

My assessment of this draft...lineup wise you needed big names and nice middle of the order but you also needed balance. Rotation you needed a big name as your #1 for the most part...UK was an exception but he also had balance 1-5 thanks to me trading him Smokey Joe. Like I said, before I fucked up not realizing Mantle was still there...instead Nos got him.

It was a fun draft because you just couldn't have everything. If you took a 300 game winner and a 200+ game winner as a #2, you were probably gonna have to have a beatable #3-5. Same with lineup and pen. This was probably my favorite draft we have done in a while
