Is anyone else watching this? It's a 7-part Showtime miniseries about abolitionist John Brown, primarily his latter day activities when he basically went to war against slavers, through his death.. at least I assume it will take us there. I'm 3 episodes in. Ethan Hawke plays Brown. I don't know how historically accurate it is but it's very entertaining so far.

I hated the book. Mostly because he used a lot of slang that made it very difficult to read.
