Is that the name of the rivalry? No disrespect, but that is a terrible name for this rivalry. When we all say ‘The Play’ everyone knows what it is referring to. When you say ‘The Game’ there are so many others that would come to mind, yet they all have better more fitting names.

I will say, I am happy for Minnesota to finally host Game Day and I can’t wait to see that one play out. Paul Bunyan’s Axe may also be my favorite rivalry trophy in college football.

But exciting that the last game for them determines who plays in the B1GC game.

No, it's not the name, but was throwing a little shade on the B1G brothers. The OSU-Michigan Game has always been the premier game in the B1G since back in the Big2-Little8 days.
