Not really. Boston has to get 2 points against Tampa to make the Pens-Sabres game meaningful. I don't see that happening.

The cruel irony is that the Pens can lose to the worst team in the league and still make it in.

Agreed. But if Pittsburgh gets only a loser point, Boston gets in with a regulation win. So if they're down or tied, it should make for fun watching.
