EDIT... Matter of fact I wouldn't even show that the price was lowered... And if I did show it was lowered I absolutely wouldn't put $30,900.

I fully agree and thought of that but it has to show if priced was reduced.

Funny same thing happened to me with my house the sellers realtor went too high the appraisal came in almost $15,000 lower than the listed price, they of course lowered the cost but I had to cover a lot more closing costs which was fucking bullshit.

I'm actually looking into getting my realtors license, some of those fuckers make some serious coin and it's top 5 easiest jobs ever, you just have to work a lot, especially at first...
