Aside from QB, LT, and PassRush DE/OLB I'd say every other position is about equal, because the positions work as a team. If your MLB fails, the other team has a field day running on you all day.

MLB is one of the most important positions on a team. He's your guy that changes up formation if need be, he's your stopper up the middle and generally racks up the most tackles.

All o-line positions are important. But if I had to choose which is least important, I would say guard. You can often find a decent college tackle who is not athletic enough to play outside in the pros but can move inside and play guard. It is usually not that hard to get at least a mediocre guard in there.
