Washington State has big glaring issue tho....talent. They are so god-awful that Mike will take some lumps. Once he gets those "Texas Tech" type QB's and WR's look out though. I dunno if they'll ever be what TT was in Leach's later years but they'll be able to fuck some teams plans up consistantly.

his issue isnt lack of talent i dont think. I read an article that made it seem like it would be impossible for him to hire a decent staff though considering how much he is being paid and how much money Washington State would have left to pay the assistants.

thats the thing about leach though, he don't need talent, he needs role players, and he will turn those role players in to talent
