Would there even be a debate if Manning had played his entire career outside in a cold weather city?

Peyton Manning is a awesome QB and so is Tom Brady.

No offense but... if the Colts hadn't moved from the AFC East to the AFC South in 2002, and if Manning played outdoors in a cold weather city, his record wouldn't be nearly what it is today.

My take is this and I am incredibly tired of this debate. Head to head Brady has a commanding lead, trips to the SB Brady leads, SB wins edge to Brady. MVPs are a popularity contest and while it's a cure award doesn't really compare to the others. But in the end the debate IMO is asinine I feel blessed for being able to watch these two superstars of the game battle year in and year out. I have to think though Manning has to wonder what he has to do to beat Tom.

He may be a better cold weather QB if he had not been pampered in Indy.
He is a GREAT QB, plain and simple.
Arguably top 5 of all time, and top 2 of this generation.
Bill, Bob and all of us fans are just SOOO fortunate that we lucked into the best QB (GOAT).

Since 2001, Tom Brady is 23-5 as a starting QB when the game-time temperature is 32 degrees or lower, throwing 48 TD and just 21 Int. In that same time, Peyton Manning is 2-5 when it's 32 degrees or lower (0-3 in the postseason) with 6 TD and 10 Int. It's expected to be below freezing for Sunday night's game. [-]

Do we really need another thread like this? These are so overplayed it's not even funny. Both are great QBs and will always be

I do like Brady's numbers in cold weather versus Mannings so cold weather game I'm going with Brady.. But still. these debates need to end

I will take either one as my QB....NFL will not be the same when these 2 decide to leave it.

I'll take Tom over Peyton and it's not even close.
