Most likely a member of the press. Seeing as how he's sitting down in the chair (most likely cushioned) it would have muffled the fart whereas it came across pretty clear in the audio. Also, the supposed source of the fart is at least 2-3 feet from microphone.

It was a member of the media, in the press room, with their butt.
