Look at the NFC picture:

Let's assume Seattle and New Orleans win their divisions:

Carolina if they win tonight (they will) are 7-3. They will also have a head to head tiebreaker on SF.

That leaves the 6th seed open.

Chicago 6-4
Detroit 6-4
Arizona 6-4
Philadelphia 6-5
Green Bay 5-5
Dallas 5-5

I would say right now it is 50% the 49ers miss the playoffs.
